1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to gaya4. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and gaya4 ("We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of the gaya4 website, mobile applications, and all related gaming services, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting markets, slot machines, togel (lottery) games, and other entertainment products offered through our platform.

• "Game" means any gambling activity, entertainment product, or wagering opportunity offered on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games, togel lottery, crash games, and specialty games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring Users to provide government-issued identification and proof of address to verify identity and age.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's gaya4 Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use gaya4 services. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and when accessing our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at any time. Users who provide false information regarding age or residency will have their accounts immediately terminated, and any funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Creation

To access our gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian identity card or KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. • Immediate family members of gaya4 employees

4. Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, gaya4 requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. You will be required to upload clear, legible copies of the following documents through your account dashboard:

• Valid Indonesian identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph
• Proof of bank account ownership, such as a bank statement or account verification letter showing your name and account number matching your registered withdrawal method

Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of the withdrawal request may be subject to temporary restrictions. 5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

gaya4 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other major banks) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to banking institution limits. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Funds deposited into your account must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM WIB) and within 24 hours outside banking hours. You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details. gaya4 is not liable for delays caused by banking institution processing times or incorrect payment information provided by the User.

5.3 Deposit Fees

gaya4 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees or inter-bank transfer fees. These third-party fees are the sole responsibility of the User and will not be reimbursed by gaya4.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the User's name matching the name on their verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-30 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to allow for security verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied under the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or approved

• Withdrawal method differs from the deposit method without prior approval

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

In the event of obvious errors in odds, bet acceptance, or result settlement, gaya4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that defects will be corrected.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and regulations applicable to online gambling operations serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of gaya4 services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between you and our customer support team. gaya4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing our services in the future.
